Nova provides AI-powered features using third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic Claude). When you use AI features:

• Your prompts and data are transmitted securely via encrypted connections (TLS)
• AI providers do NOT use API data for model training (per their API terms)
• Your conversations and data are NOT used to improve third-party AI models
• AI processing occurs solely to fulfill your specific requests
• You can delete your AI conversation history at any time

Nova does not use Customer Data to train any AI systems. AI providers may retain data temporarily for safety monitoring (typically up to 30 days) before deletion, as per their respective policies.

Nova uses industry-standard safeguards. These include:

• TLS 1.2+ encryption for all data in transit (HTTPS)
• AES-256 encryption for all data at rest
• Secure cloud infrastructure with enterprise-grade protection
• bcrypt password hashing for authentication credentials
• Row Level Security (RLS) ensuring users only access their own data

Your backend data, API keys, and sensitive business logic are never exposed to client-side code. However, no system is 100% secure.

Nova retains data only as long as necessary to provide the Service.

Nova is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect children's data.
